Hii Aeon,

Wah, quite surprise with the fast reply. Very good customer service. Really like the AEON Credit Card even i just use it less than a year. i think compare to Maybank Credit Card , overall it much more better. Just my 2 cents /more feedback:

1) I think AEON should have their own current/saving account so it will be easier for us to make a payment.Currently we have to go to AEON setiawangsa to make a payment.if we want to pay by Maybank2u or CIMB, there will be a charge incurred.

2)I really think AEON should advertise with Nuffnang as they have a lot of bloggers under their umbrella and they can provide you with better marketing @ creative marketing , in turn attracting more customers especially for bloggers and reader of the blog as more people are reading the blog nowadays.

3) More collaboration with other outlets i.e. fast food, restaurant, cinemas, and etc..

Less than an hour  I received a reply back :

Wah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, customer servicenya memang pantas dan bagus. Memang patutpun saya suggest mereka mengiklankan di Nuffnang kerana different/creative exposure untuk produk mereka yang mungkin akan menarik lebih ramai pengguna. Sudah terbukti Nuffnang mampu untuk memberikan something different dan berkesan dalam mempromosikan produk/perkhidmatan.

P/s : Customer Service adalah salah satu cara untuk kita menilai bagus or tidak Sesebuah syarikat itu. Tepuk dada,tanya selera.
